WM VoiceShaper Live Privacy Notice

WM VoiceShaper Live processes microphone audio locally on the user’s Windows computer. Live microphone audio and voice-test recordings are not uploaded to Wrexham Media.

Licence and purchase data

When a customer starts a purchase or activates a licence, Wrexham Media processes the purchase email, licence identifier, subscription status, selected plan and a generated installation identifier. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Wrexham Media does not receive or store full payment-card details.

Diagnostics

Signal-test results remain on the computer unless the user deliberately copies and sends them to support. The application does not contain advertising or third-party analytics.

Retention and rights

Licence records are retained for administration, fraud prevention, support and legal accounting obligations. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email support@wrexhammedia.com.
