Before contacting support

1. Open Setup & Test.
2. Select the intended microphone, USB mixer or audio interface.
3. Run the signal test while speaking normally.
4. Select Copy Report and include it in the email.

In recording software, the processed microphone input is normally CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable). Keep the recording software’s playback output set to the normal speakers, headphones or audio interface.

Include the Windows version, recording application and audio device name in every request.
