Artist submission
An artist or authorised representative adds release details, audio and supporting material through the portal.
The WM–SDS process
WM–SDS provides a clear, controlled route for music information and files to move from artists and their representatives to authorised radio teams.
An artist or authorised representative adds release details, audio and supporting material through the portal.
The submission is reviewed for completeness and suitability before a decision is made.
Accepted releases are prepared for inclusion in the WM–SDS catalogue.
Approved radio-station users receive access to the catalogue and its updates.
Stations can review information, preview tracks and download original files where access and permissions allow.
WM–SDS supports discovery and distribution. Submission or catalogue inclusion does not promise download, broadcast or airplay.
A presenter, producer, syndicator or production company supplies the show, episode, format, delivery, scheduling and rights details.
Wrexham Media reviews the information. The submission remains pending and hidden from station users unless approved.
Programme files and supporting documents are coordinated separately until secure provider upload endpoints are available.
Approved episodes can describe a continuous programme or ordered parts with durations, cues and break positions.
Authorised stations can evaluate available content subject to rights, restrictions and availability.
Each station remains responsible for compliance and carriage. Submission or approval never guarantees broadcast.
