Network Shows are pre-produced programmes supplied by presenters, producers, syndicators and production companies for authorised radio stations to evaluate. WM–SDS is designed to organise programme information, episodes, parts, rights and delivery details before any approved content becomes available for station preview or download.

01 / REVIEW

Information before availability

Wrexham Media reviews the provider, programme, format, delivery structure, declarations and broadcast rights. A submission remains unavailable to station users unless it is separately approved.

02 / EPISODES

Series can grow over time

A recurring programme can have individual episodes, availability windows and supporting information. Approved providers can send continuous programme audio or between one and eight ordered audio parts through the secure, resumable upload workflow.

03 / PARTS

Clear running order and breaks

Shows can be described as one continuous programme, ordered programme parts, both formats, or a separately arranged live feed. Parts include sequence, duration and cue information.

04 / RESPONSIBILITY

Stations make the final decision

Providers must declare rights and restrictions. Each station remains responsible for local compliance, scheduling and carriage decisions. Neither submission nor approval guarantees broadcast.

Programme audio is uploaded securely through this form. After submitting these details, upload the complete programme file or each ordered programme part. New audio must be genuine MP3 at 44.1 kHz (44,100 Hz) or higher; 192 kbps or higher is preferred. Files may be up to 1 GiB and upload in resumable 8 MiB sections.
